    Asturian Fabada
There's nothing better in a great family reunion than an enormous bowl of Asturian fabada. It's not really a tapa—as a matter of fact, served as it is in Mieres, it's actually closer to the exact opposite: a large, ample dish, a stew from another era when men slaved away for hours in the mines and the fabada was the perfect way to replenish their energy at the end of the day.
    Dehesa de Solana
In Herrera de Alcántara, in the foothills of the Sierra de San Pedro, you can find the livestock of Dehesa de Solana, ensconced deep in the heart of the meadows of a protected space called "Tajo Internacional."
