The production process differs mainly by the laborious selection of the raw material. We have selected manually one by one each pepper, choosing only the best part of the fruit, its shell. Probably one of the best Paprika Powder in the world.

The pepper is grown in the traditional way in the natural environment of La Vera (Northern Extremadura), making it a one-of-a-kind product. Its inimitable smoke flavor is achieved during the drying portion of the spice's preparation. The high density of the paprika's carotene lends it a color stability that is superior to other chili spices.

The perfect combination of climate and care in the growing and processing gives this traditional paprika an aroma, flavor, and color which are all unmistakeably characteristic and stable.
