Mushroom tapas with wok sauce is part of a new line of canned "open and eat"  appetizers from the innovative Galician company Porto Muiños.

Can be eaten as a tapa at room temperature or warmed up. It is an ideal side dish for grilled fish, sashimi, and marinated or grilled meats or carpaccio.

This delicacy of mushrooms with wok sauce is an artisan product and an exquisite and original tapa with all the flavor that is offered by oyster sauce and Japanese soy sauce, ginger and herbs. Surprise and amaze with this delicious appetizer, part of the new range of "open and eat products" from Porto Muiños.

Origin: Cambre, A Coruña

Ingredients: Pleurotus, Shitake, Champignon, oyster sauce, soy sauce, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, rice wine, ginger, garlic, and chicken broth.

Packaging: Can in cardboard box

Net weight: 125 g, drained weight 110 gr

Culinary uses:

As a tapa at room temperature or hot. As a garnish for grilled fish, marinades or sashimi. As a garnish for grilled meat or carpaccio. As a complement to steamed vegetables. As a stir-fry with vegetables or meat.

Porto Muiños bases its success on the analysis and research of the organoleptic qualities of seaweed.
