This exquisite Asian mushroom, artisan made with no artificial colors or preservatives, has a meaty texture with an intense flavor and a pungent smell of wood. It has excellent nutritional qualities and antioxidant properties, as well as being a great source of vitamin D and minerals like iron, zinc, and magnesium.

The flavor and numerous possibilities for preparation make it a delight for food lovers everywhere!

Ingredients: Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), water, salt, and lemon.

Culinary uses:

Great in salads. They can be grilled or put in scrambled eggs, used as a garnish for meat and fish, eaten with pasta and vegetables, or put in soups and creams. Can also be used to cook delicious rice and pasta.
