If you want to regain their natural look, just cover with water for at least 5 hours. We recommend saving the water used in hydration to prepare other recipes or to enrich rice dishes. If you use the mushrooms in a recipe that requires cooking, then you can add them directly as an ingredient without previously rehydrating them.

Although in the beginning Porto Muiños was only specialized in dehydrated and canned mushrooms, today Porto Muiños bases its success on the analysis and research of the organoleptic qualities of seaweed. It also studies and devises many other delicacies from the Galician Sea, searching out new flavors and textures: dried seaweed, seaweed tartare, seaweed noodles, and seaweed herbal teas. Enjoy this garden of the sea in the most diverse formats.
