This delicacy of Japanese shitake is an artisan product made without preservatives or colors added. An exquisite and original tapa with all the flavor offered by Japanese soy sauce, ginger, and herbs. Surprise and amaze with this delicious "open and eat" product from the innovative company of Porto Muiños.

Origin: Cambre, A Coruña

Ingredients: Shitake 80%, olive oil, soy, onion, ginger, garlic, thyme and rosemary.

Packaging: Can in cardboard box

Net weight: 125 g, drained weight 110 gr

Culinary uses:

As a tapa at room temperature or hot. As a garnish for grilled fish, marinades or sashimi. As a garnish for grilled meat or carpaccio. As a complement to steamed vegetables. As a stir-fry with vegetables or meat.


To be enjoyed with chilled, fruity, aromatic white wines, sake, bitter aperitifs or white wheat beers.


Porto Muiños bases its success on the analysis and research of the organoleptic qualities of seaweed. It also studies many other delicacies from the Galician Sea, searching out new flavors and textures:  dried seaweed, seaweed tartar, seaweed noodles, seaweed herbal teas.
