With this pork shoulder, we want to satisfy those who like to enjoy a good ham with frequency but without breaking the bank. Contrary to what you might think, a good Iberian ham can in fact be enjoyed all year round at an affordable price--although a Bellota ham is certainly worth the money on special occasions, it doesn't mean we can't still enjoy a high quality purebred product with a lower pricetag that still has an extraordinary taste.


This shoulder comes from Iberian pigs reared in the wild in the pastures of Extremadura. Their nourishment is based mainly on grains and legumes, and is completed with a minimum stay of 60 days in the meadow, where they are fed with equal care. The minimum slaughter age is 12 months, after which the shoulders have a curing process of 18 months.


This shoulder comes only from pure Iberian pigs (black and retinto) or Duroc-Jersey with 75% Iberian blood. Its rearing and curing emphasizes more than anything at all times careful quality control and hygiene.

Ingredients: Iberian pork shoulder and salt.

Presentation: Delivered vacuum-packed in ham box (cardboard).

weight: 4.5 - 5 kilos

Store in a dry (Humidity: 65-70%) and cool (15-20 ° C) place.

Consume within 6 months.
