The jams from Glasai are following an absolutely traditional method and using completely natural ingredients native to Extremadura. No water is added, and it is free from artificial colors, flavors and thickeners.The perfect texture of this jam is obtained by a process of slow cooking and evaporation of the liquid content of the fruit.

Being a natural product, the color will vary depending on the time it has been cooked. Furthermore, because it does not contain sugar it is an ideal product for diabetics.

Origin: Valdecaballeros (Cáceres).

Ingredients: Plums(60%), Acesulfame, citric acid and apple pectin.
