Selection of  two gourmet coffees: the Arabic variety "Golden Volcano" and a Guatemala and San Cristobal Pico "Colombia Supremo". Made with brandy obtained from the distillation of indigenous bagasse, Treixadura, Godello and Albariño Loureira.

Distilled in the facilities of Coto de Gomariz for at least 1 year in small stainless tanks of copper, each with a capacity of 300 liters.


Maceration of crushed grain for 6 months, three of them with daily agitation. It is clarified by decanting and not filtered in order to preserve the properties of coffee. Finally, this homemade and exclusive product is aged in the bottle for at least a month.


Volcán de Oro: Coffee from the area of Antigua, grown on the volcanic slopes at an altitude of 1500-1700 meters.

Pico San Cristobal: Coffee from the area around Medellin which is cultivated on the slopes and foothills of the San Cristobal peak at an altitude of 1500-2000 meters.

The cane sugar comes from La Reunion in the Mascarene Islands, an archipelago in the Indian Ocean.

Grade: 30% vol

Consumption: Drink responsibly and in moderation.

The Winery:

Coto de Gomariz prepares young, high expression, vintage white wines in oak casks as well as cask-fermented wines.They all are personal works of art that express the complexity of each vineyard owned by the winery.

These robust and delicate wines command both structure and elegance. The young wines are silky with a dense texture and sharp, ripe fruit flavours. Other characteristics include harmony in the toasting, tannins, and passarillage in the cask fermented wines. The red vintages use black fruit and quercetin and ripe tannins.

In order to preserve quality, the best grape selection, and rigorous control over the preparation, at Coto de Gomariz no more than 200.000 bottles are ever produced per year.
