For this product, we have mixed our best extra-virgin olive oil with lemons and left them soaking together for more than a month. The result is an exceptionally-flavored olive oil, with an aroma and taste that can give your recipes a special touch.

Our flavored olive oil is especially suitable for flavoring sauces, rice, pasta, salad, steamed vegetables, cream, meat, fish, pizza, seafood, carpaccio, or even just to enjoy on a piece of bread.

This extra-virgin olive oil from La Chinata contains a high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids and oleic acid, both important to our health and quite nutritious. No chef worth his salt should be without this olive oil!

Ingredients: Extra-virgin olive oil, lemons

Mill: La Chinata. Sierra de Gata (Cáceres).

Packaging: elegant glass bottle, 250 ml

Culinary uses:

Prepare delicious sauces and vinaigrettes using this olive oil as a base. Flavor your meat and seafood. Obviously it can be applied to salads, which will give a different aromatic taste.


The history of La Chinata begins in 1932, in the region of Sierra de Gata in the province of Caceres. At that time, oil was obtained in very basic olive mills. Nowadays, however, they have the most modern grinding and pressing systems, which are still purely mechanical but  extract a much bigger quantity with a clean and controlled method to ensure the quality of extra virgin olive oil.

Currently, La Chinata is a benchmark for the Gourmet market because of its commitment to the development of new products derived from extra virgin olive oil, to the innovation of new delicacies, and to exploring new market niches.
