Bonito del Norte is the name of the only tuna that is fished in the Cantabrian Sea. This variety of tuna has a more delicate texture and a flavor denser than others, and its quality is superior. Like other blue fish, it is recommended to eat frequently because it's high in iron, protein, and omega 3 fatty acids.
