This fresh tuna is acquired in the port of Burela, located in the high Galician Rías. The belly is the bottom of the tuna and therefore also the most scarce. This delicious can has been traditionally prepared and packed by hand, which further enhances its quality.

Ingredients: Tuna Fish Belly, extra virgin olive oil, piquillo pepper, and salt.

Culinary uses:

Ideal for preparing entrees such as stuffed tomatoes, tuna on toasted bread with peppers, salads, rice, and pasta dishes.

This lake favors the cultivation of bivalves such as clam and cockles or shellfish such as mussels which are grown in floating nurseries called "rafts". The careful selection of the best raw materials from the Galician Rias and the traditional process of preparation makes this artisan product very notable in its quality.
