This delicious organic cheese has a mild flavor, but a full effect on your taste buds. The secret to getting mild and full flavor at the same time is the ideal curing time of 35-45 days in a special chamber.

We recommend this cheese for palates that dont like cheese that is too strong or tender; a cheese suitable for daily consumption.

The semi-cured organic Manchego cheese from the Fuentillezjos Finca has a minimum of 35-45 days maturation.The raw material for our cheeses comes exclusively from our sheep. They only provide us with 1 liter of milk per day, but that one liter is the perfect quality for making cheese. We do not use any additives in either the cheese or the rind, and this product is organic throughout its entire development, from the process of breeding, feeding, milking, and herding of the sheep to its careful artisan craftsmanship.

Origin: La Mancha

Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk produced by organic farming, rennet, milk enzymes, and salt.

Net Weight: 200 gr, vacuum packed

Culinary uses:

The simultaneous mild and full flavor make this product ideal for appetizers, salads, starters, and any other myriad applications in kitchen. We recommend serving this delicious cheese with our Fig jam and Fig chutney.

Fuentillezjos is made up of 1,807 workers: 1,800 sheep of the Manchega breed who are responsible for the milk's production, and 7 people responsible for its collection and for the production and marketing of the cheeses. The three constituent families of Fuentillezjos see their way of life in the cultivation of the land.
