Following in tradition's footsteps, we have mixed our best extra-virgin olive oil with the natural truffle of Mediterranean cuisine and left them soaking for more than a month. We thereby get olive oil that is exquisite and very healthy as well. This artisanal olive oil has an aroma and taste that is sure to kick your recipes up a notch.

Our truffle olive oil is especially suitable for flavoring sauces, rice, pasta, salad, steamed vegetables, cream, meat, fish, pizza, seafood, carpaccio, or even just to enjoy on a piece of bread.

La Chinata presents this product in a glass bottle containing a piece of black truffle.

Ingredients: Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Truffle

Packaging: Glass bottle, 250 ml

Truffle Oil Use in the kitchen:

In salads: Dress the salad to taste with extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar. Afterwards, add a small amount of truffle oil (don't get too wild, as it is quite strong) to enhance and enrich the flavor.

In the pasta: after boiling and draining, add extra-virgin olive oil and a little truffle oil.


The history of La Chinata begins in 1932, in the region of Sierra de Gata in the province of Caceres. At that time, oil was obtained in very basic olive mills. Nowadays, however, they have the most modern grinding and pressing systems, which are still purely mechanical but  extract a much bigger quantity with a clean and controlled method to ensure the quality of extra virgin olive oil.
