Casa Eutimio tantalizes us with its sea urchin caviar, an authentic product of the Cantabrian Sea and a lovely concentration of flavors and aromas. It is a true delight which is prepared in an artisan manner in the Bay of Biscay. The careful extraction of sea urchin from the Asturian coasts, the meticulous hand removal of the roe, and the packing with water and salt without adding any coloring, flavoring or preservatives, makes this a veritably tasty delicacy.

Ingredients: sea urchin caviar, salt.

Packaging: Glass jar in cardboard box

Gross weight: 230 gr, drained 85 gr

Culinary uses:

Brilliantly appetizing when eaten as is, its exquisite sea flavor does not need any seasoning. It is a perfect ingredient in soups, scrambled eggs, creams and pastas. We recommend preparing scrambled oricio caviar with shrimp or crab and sea urchin cream. Give a tasty twist to your toasted bread or create authentic and tasty snacks and tapas.
