Traditionally, this dish is cooked with the tails of the bulls who fought in the arena. Originally from Cordoba and well-known since Roman times, thousands of different types have now been invented, and there are as many recipes for ox tail as there are chefs and restaurants.

This product from Felix Soto is a delicous, ready-made meal that is cooked traditionally in pans over an open fire on full heat and allowed to stand  for 48 hours so that it retains its true flavor. Then, it's bottled while still hot and sterilised in a glass jar.

Ingredients: Diced ox tail, extra-virgin olive oil, tomato, onion, garlic, saffron strands, salt, pepper and Moriles wine.

Net weight: 450 gr / 2 servings


Recommended for eating hot with its sauce, adding garnish if prefered.
