Information:

This mixture of meat and fat from acorn-fed Iberian pigs is ground or chopped, salted, spiced (Spanish paprika), and packed into a natural casing that has undergone a process of dry aging to ensure its longevity, aroma, and flavor. It has a firm and compact consistency, a cylindrical form, and a variable length. It is fairly smooth on the outside with the filling secured to the casing.

Ingredients: lean meat of Iberian acorn pork, sea salt, Spanish paprika, garlic, and sugar.

100% natural, contains no preservatives or colorings, nor gluten or lactose
