Information:

They say that fideuá originated in the coastal region of Safor in Valencia. Like so many other dishes, fishermen created it in their boats and cooked it in casseroles. They cooked the stock for the noodles in the casseroles and then added garden products, lightly fried vegetables, and a little white wine.

Quick and easy to make:

1. Open the can and pour the content in a cooking pot with a diameter of 24cm.
2. Turn on the fire and heat up at medium power.
3. When the stock is starting to boil, add the rice.
4. Cook with a medium heat for 15', stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it sit for 2-3'.

Ingredients: stock, cuttlefish, mussels and bag of noodles. Low salt 100% natural products, no preservatives.

Allergenic information: Contains crustaceans, mollusks, fish, sulfties, and gluten.

Packaging: Terrine with noodles and broth in a sleek cardboard box.

Suggestions:

You can add some red shrimps or prawns at the end of cooking. Although it already has some garlic, we recommend eating the fideuá with alioli to give it the final touch.
