Information:

Felix Soto, a company with a national reputation for ready-made meals, presents this high quality partridge. Made with olive oil and sherry with bay leaf, garlic, and spices, its unique flavor makes it ideal to give salads a gourmet touch. Comes ready to enjoy at room temperature without any preparation necessary.

Ingredients: Boned partridge, olive oil, water, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and spices.

Packaging: Glass jar

Serving suggestions:

1. Open and serve with the sauce as is.

2. Inside "Piquillo" peppers served over a bed of sauce. To be served cold or as is.

3. In a salad, place the partridge in the middle over rusted red pepper or "piquillo" pepper, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. You can also add endives. Then add the sauce and sherry vinegar.

Nutritional value:

Partridge proteins have little collagen, which explains why the meat is easy to digest.
Like many other game products, partridge still contains more iron than red meat such as beef or lamb. It is also a source of minerals like potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Besides, it is very rich in B group vitamins, specifically, B2, B3, and B12.
