This Ajoarriero Cod that Felix Soto offers us is artisanally elaborated and full of tradition. A delicious recipe originally from the north of Spain, it is crafted with premium quality cod, desalted, and crumbled. Once combined with the typical ajoarriero sauce it becomes a truely extraordinary meal. This delicacy has no preservatives or dyes and all its ingredients are 100% natural.
