Made with olive oil and sherry with bay leaf, garlic, and spices, its unique flavor makes it ideal to give salads a gourmet touch. Comes ready to enjoy at room temperature without any preparation necessary.

Ingredients: 1 entire partridge, extra-virgin olive oil, sherry wine, water, garlic, laurel, salt, and spices.

Packaging: Glass jar

Serving suggestions:

To be served cold or at room temperature. Divide the partridge in two parts. Remove the threads and present it with salad or any other vegetable on the side. A rusted red pepper or "piquillo pepper" could be a good choice on the side. It is also recommended to eat the meat doused in the sauce.

Nutritional value:

Partridge proteins have little collagen, which explains why the meat is easy to digest.
Like many other game products, partridge still contains more iron than red meat such as beef or lamb. It is also a source of minerals like potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Besides, it is very rich in B group vitamins, specifically, B2, B3, and B12.
