Information:

This delicacy of Japanese wild mushrooms is a artisan product made without adding preservatives or colors. An exquisite and original tapa with all the flavor that is offered by Japanese soy sauce, ginger and herbs, this delicious tapa is part of the new range of "open and eat tapas" of Porto Muiños.

Origin: Cambre, A Coruña

Ingredients: Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinula edodes, Agaricus bisporus) 80%, olive oil, soy, onion, ginger, garlic, thyme and rosemary.

Packaging: Can in cardboard box

Net weight: 125 g, drained weight 110 gr

Culinary uses:

As a tapa at room temperature or heated. As a garnish for grilled fish, marinades or sashimi. As a garnish for grilled meat or carpaccio. As a complement to steamed vegetables. As a stir-fry with vegetables or meat.

Pairings:

To be enjoyed with chilled, fruity, aromatic white wines, sake, bitter aperitifs or white wheat beers.
