Porto Muiños offers these delicious mushroom tapas prepared with garlic, chilli and sherry. An artisan product made without preservatives or added colors,this delicious tapa created by the innovative company Porto Muiños will surprise your guests and even yourself. Part of a new range of "open and eat" products, it is ready to enjoy at room temperature, or you can warm it up.

Origin: Cambre, A Coruña

Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus, 80%), garlic, chilli, spices, sherry, salt, and olive oil.

Packaging: Can in cardboard box

Net weight: 125 gr, drained weight 85 gr 

Culinary uses:

Ready to enjoy as an appetizer, complementing your snacks and sandwiches or as a garnish for meat and fish.

Pairings:

Ideal with ample, barrel-aged white wines, light and fruity red wines, mature sparkling wines, creamy, refreshing beers and sherries such as amontillado or oloroso.
