Information:

Pleurotusis an excellent kind of mushroom that is manually harvested when it is still very young. They are collected in spring, autumn, and late winter. They are raised in areas where the soil is rich in clay, such as in open fields, roadsides, and pastures where they break down the remains of thistle vines.

The warm and humid weather in the region of Galicia is perfect for the growth of these mushrooms. This gourmet product is appreciated by lovers of good food and has numerous possibilities for preparation.

Ingredients: mushrooms, water, salt and lemon.

Packaging: Glass Jar, 260 g.

Culinary uses:

Great in salads. They can be grilled or put in scrambled eggs, used as a garnish for meat and fish, eaten with pasta and vegetables, or put in soups and creams. Can also be used to cook delicious rice and pasta.

Although in the beginning Porto Muiños was only specialized in dehydrated and canned mushrooms, today Porto Muiños bases its success on the analysis and research of the organoleptic qualities of seaweed. 02/7/2014 conchi. yo las preparo de forma muy simple, sofrio un ajo en rodajitas finitas echo unas gambitas, escurro las setas las sofrio y cundo ya esta todo le echo un huevo batido, vamos un revuelto de setas de toda la vida, pero se nota que la materia prima es buena porque esta esquisito.
