When the rice absorbs the flavor of mushrooms, a culinary work of art springs forth in the form of this delicious product, and adding parmesan cheese as the finishing touch makes it an absolute masterpiece.

Adding mushrooms is a great way to make a different sort of rice dish, and if you want to quickly experience this delicious taste, you have to try this product from Porto Muiños. The rice is mixed with boletus eduli and its preparation is effortless. Enjoy a dish which is the perfect junction between many qualities which people look for in food: it is easy to prepare, very healthy, and tastes fantastic!

Origin: Galicia

Ingredients: Rice carneroli, eduli mushrooms, chicken stock, tomatoes, thyme, saffron, rosemary and other spices.

Net weight: 220 gr / 2 to 3 servings


Add the contents of the bag to a saucepan with a little olive oil and fry lightly for 15 seconds. Add 800 ml of water and cook on medium heat for 15 - 18 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking and add more water as needed. Add salt to taste and let sit 1 minute. We recommend serving a little soggy.

If you'd like to add a personal touch, after everything is cooked, consider adding a can of mushrooms in olive oil from Porto Muiños.

Other possibilities include adding clams, asparagus, parmesan, rabbit or other ingredients to the rice to create different nuances.

Culinary uses:

Once browned, add the contents of the package and follow the steps above to enjoy this creamy rice with mushrooms.

There is no end to the new dishes that can be created using this rice from Porto Muiños: add aspargus, parmesan, pieces of meat like pork ribs, spiced chicken or rabbit, or really anything else you can think of!

Risotto with Mushrooms: Two minutes before the rice finishes cooking, add 20 g butter and 30 g grated Parmesan cheese for a creamier rice. Mix and serve.


Enjoy with barrel-aged white wines, red wines, and structured sparkling wines.
