Porto Muiños offers this delicacy prepared with oyster mushrooms and white pickled vegetables. An artisan product made without adding preservatives or colors. Surprise your guests and yourself with this delicious dish created in an innovative new range of "open and eat" tapas, and ready to eat at room temperature or warmed up.

Origin: Cambre, A Coruña

Ingredients: Pleurotus, Shitake, Mushroom, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, onion, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

Packaging: Can in cardboard box

Net weight: 120 gr, drained weight 85 gr 

Culinary uses:

As a tapa at room temperature or hot. As a garnish for grilled fish, marinades or sashimi. As a garnish for grilled meat or carpaccio. As a complement to steamed vegetables. As a stir-fry with vegetables or meat.

Pairings:

To be enjoyed with chilled, fruity, aromatic white wines, sake, bitter aperitifs, or white wheat beers.
