Onion confit  is 100% natural. No water is added, and it is free from artificial colors, flavors, and thickeners.The perfect texture of this jam is obtained by a process of slow cooking and evaporation of the liquid content of the fruit.

Ingredients: onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and cloves.

Our jams are free of dyes, thickeners, and flavoring.
