Information:

La Chinata offers us this extra-virgin organic olive oil with a character influenced by the area where these ever-popular olives are planted in Extremadura; this organic oil contains more monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants than any of its peers.

This "liquid gold" is obtained from olives that are only harvested using organic techniques, in which the proper use of natural resources promotes sustainable development and respects the environment. This product has not undergone any processes other than cleaning, decanting, centrifugation and filtration.

Tasting:

Has a green filtrate colour and an intense fruity aroma of freshly cut grass and figs. Tastes of green leaves and almonds; tastes slightly bitter and spicy.

Ingredients: Organic green olives

Additives:  Additive-Free.

Packaging: Glass bottle of 500 ml

Culinary uses:

Extra-virgin olive oil is excellent for preparing all kinds of steamed vegetables, rice, paella, and grilled meats. Also ideal for dressing cheeses, salads, pasta, cooked vegetables, and grilled fish. Or even just allow yourself to be delighted by some bread bathed in this delicious oil.

Brand:

The history of La Chinata begins in 1932, in the region of Sierra de Gata in the province of Caceres. At that time, oil was obtained in very basic olive mills. Nowadays, however, they have the most modern grinding and pressing systems, which are still purely mechanical but  extract a much bigger quantity with a clean and controlled method to ensure the quality of extra virgin olive oil.

Currently, La Chinata is a benchmark for the Gourmet market because of its commitment to the development of new products derived from extra virgin olive oil, to the innovation of new delicacies, and to exploring new market niches.
