After aging it in an oak cask for at least two years, La Chinata offers us this prized delicacy, a gourmet vinegar with a dark mahogany color, an intense aroma that hints of the wood in which it ages. This first class vinegar has a sharp yet soft and delicate taste on the tongue, and its original personality continues to make it a celebrity among vinegars.

Comes packaged in a spray bottle which allows for smooth and uniform application.

Ingredients: Sherry vinegar with sweet Pedro Ximenez grapes, Acidity 7º

Origin: Jerez with Denomination of Origin, Regulatory Council certified.

Packaging: Glass bottle with spray cap, 250 ml.

The history of La Chinata begins in 1932, in the region of Sierra de Gata in the province of Caceres. At that time, oil was obtained in very basic olive mills. Nowadays, however, they have the most modern grinding and pressing systems, which are still purely mechanical but  extract a much bigger quantity with a clean and controlled method to ensure the quality of extra virgin olive oil.
