Information:

This clam, called the "almeja babosa" is one of our star products, it comes from Arousa and Muros in the Rías Gallegas, and is only collected from October to February, when the texture and size are the best. They are then packed in brine to maintain all their flavor.

The world's most appetizing clams are grown in the Rias Baixas of Galicia, known for the extraordinary quality of their seafood. Conservas Cambados, located in the Ria de Arousa, offers this delicious can with sea flavor and very tasty meat. The clams are scrubbed with sea water to avoid losing their characteristic taste and are packed by hand.
