Only tuna that is fished in the Cantabrian Sea is called bonito del norte. The variety of this tuna has a more delicate texture and flavor denser than other tunas, and its quality is superior to other tuna of the species. Similar to other blue fish, it is recommended to eat frequently because it is high in iron, protein, and omega 3 fatty acids.

This delicious can from Cambados comes mixed with a fine extra virgin olive oil to keep its great taste and all its properties.
