An excellent wine with Denomination of Origin from Rias Baixas in Galicia, a famous mark of certification which attests to the quality of the product.

With an intense aroma of ripe fruit and wild flowers with a hint of honey, the wine is ample, fleshy and balanced with a prolonged aftertaste.

Information:

This wine is from a limited vintage and made from a blend of Albariño, Treixadura, and Loureira, all from vines which are selected and harvested by hand. It is fermented at a low temperature and sent with its fine lees to age for 6 months.

Wine tasting:

Appearance: Straw-yellow colour.

Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe fruit (pear, apple) and wild flowers with hints of honey.

Palate: Full and fleshy palate, with good balance and lingering finish.

Varieties: Albariño, Treixadura, and Loureira

Serving temperature: Serve at 10-12º C

Marriage:

This wine can be enjoyed with fish, seafood, pasta, and vegetables.

Winery:

The area Adegas Valtea sits in a special microclimate that allows the grape to reach the necessary ripeness in order to make a quality wine.

The old vines – most of them are over 30 years old - are fondly taken care of, which unfortunately  makes the production more limited, but also guarantees quality. Technology and planning are also fundamental in the winery for the excellence of the final product.
